Why cookie swapping breaks

The shared fault
Placeholder. A single cookie jar can only hold one correct answer at a time, so any tool that swaps into it must be wrong somewhere.
- Placeholder: background tabs desync silently.
- Placeholder: two windows on one site is a coin flip.
- Placeholder: a request during the swap carries the wrong identity.
